How can I track my order?

Once shipped, customer receives an SMS and E-mail on registered contact number and e-mail id containing courier company name and tracking number. Or maybe you can simply go to the “Track now” option available on our website.

I am unable to see my order details in my account. What should I do?

This usually happens when you place an order as a Guest without creating an account on our website. If you first create an account and then place the order, it will reflect under your account. However, you can still track your order status by following the below mentioned step: Click on SIGN IN ACCOUNT on the top right corner of the website. Select Track Order Enter your details

How long it takes to deliver the Order?

It takes 4-7 days to ship an order. Once shipped, a product should be delivered to you within 5 days. However, there might be some delay in delivery due to below mentioned reasons: If the area where you live is very interior in the region. Natural calamities like heavy rain, earthquake etc. Political disturbance, National and Regional holidays etc.

I missed the delivery of my order today so what can I do now?

We have you covered! We will call you and confirm your availability and reschedule the delivery for you.

Can I accept the package after checking the contents inside it?

Sorry, as per company policy, a package can’t be opened before delivery is accepted. But you can accept the package & get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

Will the delivery be re-attempted if I’m not able to collect my order the first time?

Yes, we’ll make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can’t collect your order the first time.

Can I change the delivery time for my order?

Sorry about this. Delivery time for an order cannot be changed yet.

Can I prepone or postpone the date of delivery?

Sorry, this option is not available yet.

I found the package open and the product seal broken. What should I do?

You can request for the item to be replaced or returned by sending us a mail on support@globalmart.co.in or calling our helpline number +91 7036179153 between 9 AM and 8 PM

What should I do if a service center denied my request to repair the product?

Please contact our Customer Support with the service center details so that we can look into this.

Will I receive a call before globalmart attempts to deliver package at my place?

The courier person will call you before delivery only if he cannot find your location with the address shared.

I have a complaint about the courier guy who came to deliver my order.

Cancellation & Returns

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order using any of the below mentioned methods: By contacting us on our helpline number - +91 7036179153 (9 AM - 8 PM). By writing to us at support@globalmart.co.in

When can I cancel my order?

Order can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once cancelled, complete amount will be refunded.

How long does it take to cancel an order?

It takes 24hrs to cancel the order once the request is received on call. Request received through mails will be fulfilled within 48hrs. Orders will be cancelled immediately if done via my accounts section.

Can globart.co.in cancel any order?

Yes, globart.co.in reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer’s address (Street number, Landmark etc.) etc.
  • In case of wrong product price or specification mentioned on globart.co.in
  • Unavailability of products – In exceptional cases, if a product runs out of stock with the vendor, the product will be cancelled; however, remaining products of the order will be delivered.
  • If the area in which customer is residing is not served by us or made Out of Delivery area by Logistic Courier Partner even after placing the order.
  • Suspected fraudulent information.
Can I return the product delivered to me?

Of course, a product can be returned but only under the following circumstances:

  • Product is physically damaged/defective
  • Varies from the description on the website
  • Wrong item delivered
How do I know if my order is eligible for return?

Mentioned below are the criteria for Return:

  • Customer should intimate us within 7 days of receiving the order
  • For damaged product customer should intimate us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product should be unused. Not even once
  • Brand packing should remain intact
  • Invoice should be available
  • All the tags/labels should be available
  • Exempted/non-returnable items – electronic items such as Printers, cartridges, tablets, testing/lab instruments, custom made products also those product which are mentioned as non-returnable in that product’s catalogue are not accepted for returns.
What is the procedure to return a product?

Customer should follow the below mentioned steps in order to Return any item:

  • Customer should intimate us through call/email within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Customer has to make sure that
    • The product is unused. Not even once
    • Brand packaging should remain intact.
    • Invoice should be available
    • All the tags/labels should be available
  • We will raise a request for Reverse pickup and try to arrange it from our end. Once arranged our courier boy will come to collect the product within 2 business days. Customer has to make sure that he packs the product in proper manner and paste the invoice on it. It should in logistic friendly manner. Customer will have to handover the product to the courier boy.
  • Once picked up product will be sent to us by the courier partner. Upon receiving the product a Quality inspection would be performed over the product. It will take 2 days time. If any damage/defect is found from globalmart end, we will try to arrange a replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the product. In case of refund, money will be refunded to the customer.
  • In some cases where our Logistic Service Provider doesn’t provide reverse pickup facility, customer will have to send the product on his own to us only through India post at the below mentioned address once the request for reverse pickup is raised: GLOBAL MART - 5-177/3/2, Revenue Ward-6, Yendada, Visakhapatnam - 530045 Andhra Pradesh
  • Once sent, customer needs to share the Courier slip along with the following bank details at support@globalmart.co.in
    • Account number
    • Account holder name (Same as registered with globalmart.co.in)
    • IFSC Code
  • Upon receiving the product a Quality inspection would be performed over the product. It will take 2 days time. If any damage/defect etc is found from globalmart end, we will try to arrange a replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the product. In case of refund, money will be refunded to the customer. In case, product doesn’t clear Quality inspection, we will re-ship the product to the customer and he will have to bear the courier charges for re-shipment in order to receive the product. No courier charges to send the product to us will be reimbursed.
Can I return the order if the size of the product doesn’t fit me?

In order to justify supply chain cost, we don’t encourage returns for those products worth less than 1000.

Can I return the order if I received a different color of the product?

If you receive the product in a different color, however, specifications are same then return will not be done.

What should I do if I find the package open or tampered on delivery?

When can I get refund of my cancelled order?

Once cancelled, full amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.

  • Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets – 2 business days
  • If you have made the payment by NEFT and Cheque you need to share the below mentioned details at support@globalmart.co.in from your registered e-mail id.
    • Account number
    • Account Holder name
    • IFSC Code
  • Upon receiving the information, your refund will be processed in 2 business days and same will reflect in your account in another 2 business days.
  • For EMI payment, refund will be credited in 6-8 business days after cancellation.
When can I get my refund once the order has been returned?

Once the order has successfully passed the Product Inspection, refund will be done according to the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.

How can I know the status of my refund?

You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed. The following is the timeline for refunds:

  • For cancellation before shipping, refunds are processed immediately.
  • If the order has been returned due to any other issue, we refund after we receive the item back at our warehouse and checked.
Under what circumstances are cancellations done?

Cancellations are accepted by globalmart for the following reasons:

  • If the order is not serviceable by us due to non-availability of the product among any of our vendors
  • If your pin code is not serviced by any of our courier partners
  • If the procurement is taking longer than 7 working days and you are not willing to wait further

What is globalmart's Replacement Guarantee?

If you have received a product in a damaged or defective condition or it is not as described, you can return it to get a brand new replacement at no extra cost!

If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?

The replacement order is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up and received back at our warehouse. Please check the SMS & email we send you for your replacement request for more details.

If I have ordered many items, can I return one or more items or do I have to return the entire order?

Return of an entire order is not necessary in this case. You can return one or many items in your order.

What is globalmart's Return Policy?

In case the product you received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Return policy has got you covered. Can I return part of my order?

Yes, you can return an item or items in your order if you have ordered multiple items.

Can I return the items after the policy period?

Sorry, returns are not possible after the policy period.

What should I do if I have an issue with my product after the Return Policy period?

You can get in touch with the brand or an authorized service center of the brand to claim the warranty for your product if applicable.

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes, the free gift has to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

I have requested for a return of my item. When will it happen?

Our customer care team will get in touch with you immediately once you request a return.

Shopping

Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock' or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’?

Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’ are not available for sale.

What does ‘Out of Stock’ mean?

It means that the stock for the product is not available with our vendors at the moment & so, you can’t buy it now.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on globalmart.co.in?

No, it's not. You can checkout as a guest but you will have to provide us with a valid e-mail, phone number and address for us to send you the goods.

What does 'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming’ mean?

Such items are expected to be released soon and you can pre-book them. The item will be shipped to you on the day of its official release and will reach you within the delivery time mentioned by the seller. The Preorder duration varies from item to item.

Is installation offered for products?

Installation is only offered for the products unless it is mentioned in the product option as paid or free installation will be provided otherwise not.

Does globalmart deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver international orders too.

Warranty

Is warranty applicable to products I buy on globalmart.co.in?

All products bought on globalmart come with manufacturer warranty. You can check with the manuals provided with the product or the manufacturer's website for information about a service center close to you.

The warranty card is not sealed on the product I bought. How do I claim warranty?

Most service centers accept a proof of purchase (i.e. original invoice) as proof to provide warranty service. If you face any trouble, please contact us for help at support@globalmart.co.in.

Why is the warranty card on my product not sealed?

We will have to open the box to seal a warranty card and most consumers don't accept items if the box has been opened. Hence as a policy we don't seal warranty cards. All manufacturers accept the purchase invoice as proof to provide warranty. Please keep it safe.

What is the warranty for the replacement I got? Will it be the same as the initial product?

Yes, the warranty for your replacement will be the same as your initial product.
